Salon Ayre was created by Emily and Sarah, two women who have spent over 30 years each in the hair industry and shared a vision of building something of their own. Together, they bring a unique balance of creativity and intention: Emily leading with instinct and artistry, Sarah with a thoughtful, grounded approach.

Wow. JUST WOW!! Thank you so much to the team at Salon Ayre in Mentone. Kaitlyn, Roxy and the girls were amazing. They got rid of my horrid supermarket box dye yellow blonde and found the true me!!! I just had an amazing blow wave with Sarah. I was lucky enough for the salon to squeeze me in for a last minute blow wave and I could not be happier. I had the absolute BEST blowdry today with Ava. As a hairstylist with long thick curly hair I am always reluctant to go elsewhere for a wash and style. I was met with the most welcoming smiles when I walked in the door, offered a beverage and had my jacket taken. Ava was so nice and blowaved my hair so well we didn't even need the irons. I am beyond happy with my service and may even make this a weekly occurrence!

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. You can book online or give us a call.

Come in for a consultation if it's your first colour service. Arrive with dry, unwashed hair and avoid heavy styling products.

Cuts take 45–60 minutes. Balayage or highlights can take 2–3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Absolutely. We offer bridal hair, special occasion styling, and group bookings. We recommend a trial run before your big day.

Yes, gift vouchers are available to purchase in-salon only. Pop in to the salon or send us a message and we’ll have one ready for you.
